We are in search of a skilled and driven Clinical Psychologist to assume the role of Co-Manager within our Wellness Services team.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance targets. Develop, implement, and monitor key initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize resources across departments. Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster professional development and accountability among team members. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and operational excellence. Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery: You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services. This involves leading teams of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement in patient care. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of clinical policies, manage resources efficiently, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems are essential for success in this role.

Deliver comprehensive psychological evaluations, guidance, and therapeutic treatments to clients, whether through virtual or in-person sessions.

Design, evaluate, and enhance evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices.

Ensure clinical service quality meets established professional benchmarks while maintaining unwavering adherence to ethical standards.

Provide training, supervision coordination, and clinical guidance to support counselors.

Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients to determine their needs, then recommend suitable referrals or services as necessary.

Ensure clinical records, case notes, and all associated documentation are meticulously maintained and kept current.

Oversee the management of teams and operational activities to ensure efficient and effective workflows. Implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and enhance overall organizational efficiency. Provide assistance in the ongoing operational management of the Wellness Service and Call Centre.

Facilitate staff scheduling, workforce planning, and ensure comprehensive service coverage to maintain operational efficiency.

Evaluate service performance metrics, track response times, and assess client satisfaction levels.

Address client inquiries promptly and effectively, striving to resolve any concerns or challenges they encounter in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Assist in enhancing and refining existing operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Demonstrate leadership and offer guidance to team members to uphold service standards and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Quality Assurance & Training involves overseeing processes to ensure compliance with established standards, identifying defects, and implementing corrective measures. Responsibilities include developing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining documentation of quality metrics and training records. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in quality management systems. Essential:

A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology is required.

Current professional registration or license, as applicable, is required.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in clinical practice, counselling, mental health services, or wellness-related fields is required.
