We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of [Job Title] within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience in [specific field or industry], along with a proven track record in [key responsibility or skill]. A strong proficiency in [specific software, tool, or methodology] is required, and familiarity with [industry-specific standards or practices] is highly advantageous. Responsibilities include [detailed list of key duties], with a focus on [specific goal or outcome]. Additionally, the role demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results in alignment with company objectives.

The officer’s sales territory encompasses key Nigerian institutions, including security agencies, judicial bodies and court systems, federal and state universities, as well as specialized government entities such as teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.

This territory presents significant deal complexity along with extended procurement cycles, necessitating the expertise of a commercially strategic executive—not merely a relationship-focused manager.

Responsibilities include managing and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful completion, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication among team members. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise to maintain adherence to schedules and budgets. You will be responsible for conducting regular status meetings, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Furthermore, the position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations.

Sales Mandate: Serving Security Agencies, Judicial Systems, and Government Institutions

The position involves engagement with key institutions including the Nigerian Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and the welfare and human resources systems of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Additionally, the role encompasses the Federal and State High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as federal and state universities, polytechnics, federal teaching hospitals, and specialist medical institutions.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential, alongside expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments are required. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.

A degree in Marketing and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing are required. Candidates must possess a minimum of eight years of experience in sales or commercial roles, specifically within Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialized government institutions. Demonstrated success in securing contracts valued at over 50 million naira, in collaboration with institutional leaders, is essential.

Establish and maintain established connections with key decision-makers across at least three distinct institution types—Investment Groups, Development Groups, Venture Capital firms, and Chief Justices—with engagement demonstrated within the past 18 months.

A proven capacity to effectively manage intricate, politically charged institutional procurement procedures is required.

Proven expertise in structuring commercial contracts, including the capability to develop and advocate for a robust pricing framework at the Board level.

Professional experience or familiarity with government technology procurement, particularly within security or judicial domains, encompassing classified or restricted procurement procedures, is preferred.

Skilled professionals with a background in pricing governance or revenue operations within organizations generating revenue through multiple streams are sought.
