Job Summary
The Bakers are tasked with crafting premium bakery goods, adhering strictly to approved recipes, production timelines, and established quality benchmarks.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity, compliance, and performance across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align business strategies with long-term goals while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of direct experience in a similar role, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are required. Prior experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering results within tight deadlines is highly valued. Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in the field is a must.
Professional baking qualifications or certifications would be considered beneficial.
