About the Role
We are in search of a Healthcare Assistant to assist the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations.
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all assigned tasks. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and innovation. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and achieve collective objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their professional development. Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction without compromising operational integrity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and decision-making.
Assist the pharmacist in ensuring prescriptions are prepared and dispensed with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, and replenishing medications and supplies while conducting regular inventory counts to uphold accurate stock levels and manage product expiry dates effectively.
Maintain precise, up-to-date daily sales records and assist in monitoring operational expenses, ensuring all entries receive the necessary approvals.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and telephone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all queries are addressed with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a pharmacy environment that is consistently clean, orderly, and fully aligned with established operational standards, including shelves and work areas.
Proficient communication abilities and strong interpersonal competencies are essential.
Proven capacity for collaborating seamlessly within a team environment to achieve shared objectives, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Residing in the Isopoda metropolis will be considered a favorable qualification for this position.
