About the Role
We are actively recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to provide essential support to the pharmacist in the daily management and operations of the pharmacy.
Oversee a range of critical tasks to ensure seamless operations, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline processes, and deliver consistent results. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong professional relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while upholding ethical standards.
Assist the pharmacist by meticulously preparing and dispensing prescriptions with precision and attention to detail.
Receive, shelve, and rotate medications and supplies while conducting routine counts to uphold accurate inventory levels and manage product expiry dates effectively.
Maintain precise daily sales documentation while assisting with the tracking of operational expenses, ensuring all entries receive proper approval.
Address customer inquiries and telephone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all questions are resolved efficiently with a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle incoming communications courteously, providing accurate information and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. Maintain detailed records of interactions to track customer concerns and follow-up actions, ensuring a seamless and responsive service experience.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and regulation-compliant pharmacy environment, including shelves and work areas, to uphold operational standards.
Proficient communication and strong interpersonal abilities are required, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building across teams and stakeholders.
Proven capability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment. Demonstrated skill in aligning with colleagues to achieve shared objectives while maintaining professionalism and adaptability in diverse team dynamics.
Residents of Isopoda metropolis will be given preference.
