As the driving force behind Working’s growth initiatives, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) spearheads the company’s sales pipeline by identifying ideal partners and prospects, executing targeted outbound campaigns, and delivering well-qualified, thoroughly prepared opportunities to the Business Development team for conversion. Additionally, you will contribute to the execution of a premium calendar of webinars and live sessions designed to convert prospects into qualified pipeline opportunities. Conduct discovery calls for the Business Development team and prepare comprehensive pre-call briefs, including company context, timing rationale, and unique value propositions.

Conduct prompt, tailored follow-up interactions with prospects across each phase of the initial sales pipeline.

Handle all attendee correspondence, including sending reminder emails, day-of-event notifications, post-event gratitude messages, and replay links.

Deliver technical assistance throughout events by managing polls, facilitating Q&A sessions, ensuring recording operations, moderating chat interactions, and overseeing breakout room functionality.
