Oversee and execute core responsibilities encompassing the strategic planning and implementation of key initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with company objectives while maintaining high standards of accountability and performance. Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, fostering transparent communication and resolving challenges to uphold productivity and innovation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while mitigating risks through proactive measures and thorough oversight. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional development.
Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans covering essential subjects—namely Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Social Studies—in strict accordance with state and national educational standards to ensure comprehensive student engagement and learning outcomes.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that effectively accommodates diverse learning requirements.
Evaluate and monitor student performance, offering constructive feedback while modifying instructional approaches as needed.
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to ensure cohesive support for students’ academic and developmental needs.
Foster students” social -emotional development and classroom positive behavior.
Attend regular staff meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and take part in social events to foster team cohesion and enhance individual growth.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Primary Education or a closely related discipline is required.
Holds a valid state-issued teaching certificate or license specifically for primary grade levels.

Candidates must possess prior classroom teaching experience at the primary school level, which may include participation in a student teaching program.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster productive learning environments, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedication to individualized instruction and student-focused learning approaches.
