Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming telephone communications efficiently.
Produce sales prospects by identifying and engaging potential customers, thereby expanding the client base. Cultivate relationships with new contacts through targeted outreach efforts and strategic communication techniques to convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
Identify and evaluate customer requirements to ensure their satisfaction.

Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive data through the application of appropriate methods and tools.
Achieve designated sales objectives and meet call volume benchmarks set for the personal/customer service team.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions, administer customer accounts with precision, and ensure the proper organization and filing of all relevant documents.
