The Business Systems/Training Coordinator oversees the operation of business systems, provides user support within the designated organization, and organizes training services in collaboration with Business Development and Account Managers. Additionally, the role involves maintaining business systems, generating reports, and conducting analyses for assigned accounts and tasks.
Oversee key operational duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management to ensure organizational objectives are consistently achieved. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity across departments. Monitor workflows, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges to maintain seamless business operations. Conduct regular assessments of team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with broader company strategies and drive sustainable growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks while promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Plan, organize, and oversee training services to ensure effective delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Develop comprehensive training programs, establish schedules, and coordinate logistics to facilitate seamless execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, design curriculum, and evaluate program effectiveness. Oversee instructors, monitor progress, and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Deliver responsive user support as needed while fostering engagement and collaboration within the local user community.
Provide local user training sessions as required by the organization or team members.
Develop and oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of user accounts within the system.
Oversee and validate requests for system account authorization to ensure compliance with established protocols.
Monitor and address all system feedback, help requests, bugs, and idea submissions promptly and thoroughly.
Oversee the systematic archiving and electronic filing of corporate documents to ensure a well-structured organizational framework.
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
Facilitate scheduled meetings to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of client service quality standards.
Experiences & Exposures
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field within the Social Sciences is required.
2–5 years of proven experience in administrative support roles is required.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and experienced with virtual training environments.
Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks, ensuring meticulous accuracy and efficiency in all responsibilities.
Candidates must have fulfilled their National Youth Service Corps (NYC) obligation.
