Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Estate Management, Building Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in soft service facility management, you will bring a wealth of expertise to this role.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in industrial cleaning processes, proficient operation of cleaning machinery, and adept handling of cleaning chemicals.
Demonstrated capability to conduct thorough post-construction cleaning inspections and compile accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documentation is essential.
Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in post-construction cleaning are encouraged to apply.
