Omni Fresh is actively expanding its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure in Lagos and seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy rates at our chilled and frozen storage facilities.
What you’ll do
The role involves sourcing and integrating manufacturers, distributors, and importers into the supply chain.
Secure long-term agreements for pallet storage to ensure consistent and reliable warehouse space utilization.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and opportunity management.
Translate market intelligence into actionable revenue-generating strategies, identifying emerging trends and gaps to optimize business growth and profitability.
Spearhead the widespread implementation of Omni Fresh’s cutting-edge cold-storage solutions to ensure maximum market penetration and customer engagement.
What we’re looking for:
Acquired experience in business-to-business sales or business development is required.
Proven expertise in commercial strategy and deal-making, coupled with exceptional negotiation prowess.
Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, supply chain management, or comparable industries is required.
Proficient in CRM systems and adept at leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through a results-oriented approach, demonstrated by a strong history of successfully finalizing agreements.
