As a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, you will be instrumental in accelerating business expansion by uncovering new opportunities, curating high-quality merchant partnerships, onboarding and training agents and merchants, and driving broader product adoption.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and deliver key operational tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing a diverse range of duties, including strategic planning, team coordination, and process optimization to enhance overall productivity and performance. Responsibilities will also encompass conducting thorough evaluations, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the role demands strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve shared objectives. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.
Market Expansion: Pinpoint and engage high-value merchants across diverse market segments to promote PWT offerings, including merchant loans, partnerships, and digital payment solutions, utilizing a range of channels such as online directories, industry events, and professional referrals.
Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients, cultivating meaningful relationships and coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Palm Pay’s full-service solutions.
Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ business functions, financial workflows, and operational challenges to pinpoint precise requirements and obstacles, subsequently delivering customized solutions.
Palm Pay’s services will be presented in bespoke, engaging presentations that emphasize key features, functionalities, and projected ROI, meticulously tailored to meet the distinct needs of each merchant, including Key and High-quality merchants.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with pivotal stakeholders in client organizations by showcasing deep expertise, unwavering reliability, and prompt responsiveness.
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals successfully, ensuring all parties are satisfied while strictly adhering to company policies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide technical expertise, and facilitate smooth service implementation.
