In this role, your primary responsibility will involve optimizing scheduling to enhance booking efficiency, fostering a collaborative and motivated team, and delivering exceptional, personalized service to local clients starting from their first interaction.
Core duties include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions to meet business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products, and ensuring system reliability through rigorous testing and performance monitoring. Additional tasks involve troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing code for efficiency, and providing mentorship to junior developers to enhance team capabilities. Responsibilities also encompass staying current with industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.
Maximize therapist utilization rates through dynamic management of the booking software, ensuring efficient handling of walk-ins and cancellations.
Drive sales performance by energizing the team to consistently meet monthly retail product sales objectives and encouraging the addition of value-added treatment enhancements.
Responsible for overseeing staff operations by designing and managing shift schedules, administering payroll data entries, and cultivating an inclusive, team-oriented work environment.
Inventory & Supplies: Ensure stock levels for linens, retail products, and treatment consumables remain optimal by procuring necessary items from vendors as required.
Quality control entails meticulously verifying that treatment rooms are impeccably sanitized, ambient conditions—such as lighting and music—are optimized, and all supplies are fully replenished before each client appointment.
