About the Role

This position serves a dual purpose, blending client relationship management with business development. You will oversee the coordination of cryogenic transport logistics and fertility concierge services for clients spanning Nigeria and international markets. Additionally, you will actively contribute to business expansion by identifying and establishing new partnerships and client accounts.

Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure seamless business functioning, including managing day-to-day activities, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high performance standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization across departments. Monitor progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance protocols. Identify and mitigate risks while implementing robust contingency plans to safeguard operations. Cultivate a productive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting professional development, and recognizing employee contributions.

Coordinate and facilitate the seamless execution of cryogenic shipments, both domestically and internationally, while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery through concierge support.

Act as the main liaison for current clients, guaranteeing outstanding service at every stage.

Proactively seek out, engage with, and establish partnerships with new clinic collaborators, referral networks, and individual clientele to expand market reach and enhance service integration.

Facilitate the expansion of CML’s market footprint throughout Nigeria and internationally, driving sustained growth and strategic penetration in new and existing regions.

Accurately maintain comprehensive records while fostering clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners.

Travel domestically and abroad as necessary to engage with clients and partners.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in project management software such as Asana or Trello, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, delegating tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for applicants holding credentials in healthcare-related disciplines.

Seeking professionals with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in client-facing, sales, or coordination positions.

Capable of promptly arranging and undertaking both domestic and international travel as required, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to depart at short notice.

Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity is required, along with the capacity to perform duties efficiently both on-site and remotely.

Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and strong organizational capabilities are essential.
