Job Summary
The Business Growth Manager for Training Services plays a pivotal role in expanding revenue streams by strategically marketing and delivering the organization’s training programs to corporate clients and individual learners.
This position encompasses discovering new business prospects, cultivating strategic client partnerships, developing leads, and finalizing sales transactions to meet revenue objectives.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven sales expertise of at least five to seven years is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in training, consulting, or business-to-business services.
Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve or surpass established sales targets with proven success.
Proficiency in selling services, rather than tangible products, is an essential requirement for this position.
