This position manages the full spectrum of content strategy, creation, editorial standards, publication, distribution, and performance analysis, guaranteeing alignment with client objectives and overarching business goals.
This position functions as the primary operational leader for the company’s publishing division, spearheading revenue generation, overseeing book production processes, managing bookstore distribution networks, maintaining precise inventory records, upholding production quality standards, and broadening the market presence of published works.
The Content & Publishing Manager partners with internal stakeholders, external vendors, bookstores, distributors, authors, and clients to optimize publishing workflows and foster sustainable business expansion.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial analysis or reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data are essential. Experience with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary to work effectively within cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in publishing, content management, editorial operations, book production, or a related discipline is required.
Proven expertise collaborating with printers, authors, editors, distributors, bookstores, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders in the publishing ecosystem.
