Job Summary

We seek an experienced Operations Manager to lead branch operations and enhance efficiency across all locations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive array of vital duties, including the strategic planning, development, and implementation of high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate seamless coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct thorough evaluations of operational processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. Serve as a primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success. Additionally, mentor team members by offering guidance, conducting performance assessments, and supporting their professional growth to cultivate a high-performing workforce.

Oversee the daily functions and personnel of the branch to ensure optimal performance and adherence to organizational standards.

Responsible for managing financial reconciliation processes and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data.

Oversee inventory levels and associated operational expenditures to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control.

Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of service quality to exceed client expectations.

Oversee the evaluation and management of vendor and logistics performance to ensure adherence to established standards and operational efficiency.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators as well as overall branch productivity to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Seeking candidates with one to two years of hands-on experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or service-based industries, demonstrating a solid understanding of business workflows and customer engagement strategies.

Proven expertise in financial reconciliation and reporting is essential.

Proven track record in leading and coordinating teams across multiple geographic locations with a focus on alignment, collaboration, and consistent performance.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Excel and Google Sheets is essential, with the ability to efficiently manage and analyze data, create complex spreadsheets, and automate tasks using advanced functions and formulas.

Proven ability to lead teams and resolve complex challenges efficiently.
