We seek an accomplished professional with an extensive network within Nigeria’s hospitality sector—hotels and restaurants—to spearhead revenue expansion via strategic alliances and merchant recruitment. Your mandate will involve leading direct sales initiatives and cultivating channel partnerships, onboarding accommodation providers and dining establishments to integrate our POS terminals and PWT service.

Oversee and execute critical duties essential to the role, including managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes to maintain high performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive organizational efficiency. Maintain meticulous records, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement while supporting team development and mentorship. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.

Engage with key stakeholders—including hotel general managers, financial directors, and owners, as well as restaurant managers, owners, and food and beverage directors—to explore and secure new business prospects within designated regions and industries.

Skilled in negotiating and finalizing arrangements to install POS terminals within hospitality establishments, including hotels and restaurants.

Develop and sustain a dependable, high-performance distribution network within Nigeria’s hospitality sector.

Cultivate strategic alliances with leading hotel management firms, restaurant associations, and procurement organizations to expand market reach and enhance service offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, detailed proposals, and interactive product demonstrations tailored to prospective merchants.

Track and evaluate merchant performance metrics to uphold consistent engagement levels and drive sustainable growth.

Skilled professionals will be expected to finalize agreements that support organizational goals while ensuring adherence to profitability benchmarks.

Deliver comprehensive market feedback and strategic competitive intelligence to support informed decision-making and enhance organizational positioning.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is required. At least three years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a comparable role is necessary. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO, is essential. Strong analytical and project management skills are a must. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.

A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within Nigeria’s hotel or restaurant industry—spanning roles such as hotel operations, restaurant management, food and beverage (F&B), or fintech solutions tailored to these sectors—you bring a proven track record of success in driving revenue and fostering strategic partnerships.

Must demonstrate a successful history of scaling operations, having personally onboarded a minimum of 20 venues, including both hotels and restaurants.

Proven track record in achieving or overseeing a gross merchandise value (GMV) of over $800 million annually through partnerships with hotel and restaurant clients.

Established relationships with hotel proprietors, general managers, and restaurant operators spanning Lagos, Abuja, and other strategic urban centers.

Proven capability to manage tasks autonomously while consistently delivering results within strict time constraints.

Results-driven professional with a strong dedication to sales and business expansion.

Maintains the highest professional standards with unwavering integrity and a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred qualifications include a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and precision in all professional interactions. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, along with a strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data, is essential. Candidates should exhibit adaptability to shifting priorities and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Experience in cross-functional collaboration is highly valued, as is the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team objectives. A track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks concurrently is also required.

Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with renowned international hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, Transcorp Hilton, and Ego Hotels, as well as well-established restaurant chains such as The Place, Debonair’s, Chicken Republic, Domino’s, or comparable high-end standalone establishments.

With a proven track record in hospitality leadership, candidates should possess prior experience as a Hotel General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Food & Beverage Procurement Manager.

Proficient in leveraging digital payment solutions, fintech offerings, POS systems, and merchant management processes.

Exceptional aptitude for resolving issues efficiently and adapting to client challenges with unwavering resilience.
