We seek a proactive and outcome-focused Manager to enhance our team. Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives forward. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across departments. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and foster innovation while maintaining alignment with company goals. Monitor team performance, provide mentorship and coaching, and facilitate professional development to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination of projects and initiatives. Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making and support evidence-based strategies.

Direct oversight and strategic leadership of public sector consulting projects are required, spanning all phases from initial planning to final implementation.

Offer expert strategic counsel to governmental stakeholders regarding policy formulation, governance frameworks, and enhancements to operational efficiency.

Devise and execute strategic reforms and digital transformation projects within the public sector to modernize operations and enhance service delivery.

Foster and sustain robust partnerships with governmental and public sector entities.

Support business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations.

Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of six years of professional exposure in the industry, including hands-on functional work within strategy, boutique, or consulting firms, you bring a wealth of practical knowledge and specialized expertise to the role.

A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in fields such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics is required, with an MBA from a reputable university serving as an advantageous qualification.

Professional experience within a specific industry is highly advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Proficient in clearly outlining the methodology for tackling and breaking down a problem into manageable components.

Proficient in developing consulting-grade PowerPoint presentations, status reports, meeting documentation, and project tracking materials, among other deliverables.

Skilled in cultivating meaningful connections, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds to establish and sustain robust internal and external partnerships.

Accomplished leadership and exceptional facilitation capabilities are essential, enabling effective team guidance and seamless process management. Demonstrated ability to inspire and coordinate diverse groups, fostering collaboration and driving project success through clear direction and motivational strategies.

Analytical acumen and adaptability are essential attributes for this role.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead engaging demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations with clarity and confidence.
