Job Summary
You will assume responsibility for the Group General Manager role, leading company-wide operations, sales performance, and strategic initiatives across all divisions.
You will be responsible for enhancing business performance, maintaining operational excellence, and guiding cross-functional teams to foster organizational growth and profitability.
Oversee a range of critical duties including the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team performance. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal applicant will demonstrate problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing priorities, and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance regulations is highly advantageous.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree considered advantageous.
With a minimum of eight years of leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of driving performance and achieving strategic objectives.
