Job Summary:

Drives the identification and evaluation process for potential new CNG facility locations, ensuring strategic and operational alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead the execution of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) infrastructure projects, encompassing both mother and daughter stations as well as conversion facilities.

Proactively identify and engage potential customers interested in CNG solutions, with a strong focus on bulk and commercial accounts.

Execute a diverse range of duties encompassing operational efficiency, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive organizational success. Oversee departmental functions by implementing best practices, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Perform on-site evaluations and feasibility assessments of prospective locations for CNG facilities in accordance with pre-established feasibility criteria.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure all necessary pre-construction approvals for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) facilities, including permits, licenses, certificates, and statutory payments.

Assist with the oversight of equipment installation and construction processes for both the daughter and mother stations.

Devise and implement a strategic plan for market entry in the CNG sector, establishing the market framework and managing expansion efforts.

Lead the entire sales process, encompassing prospect identification, proposal formulation, commercial bargaining, contract finalization, and seamless transition of accounts to operational teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by at least three years of experience in software development. Proven expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with database management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Required:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a closely related field is necessary.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience within a comparable capacity at a gas utility or energy firm is required.

A master’s degree may provide an additional advantage in this role.
