The Growth and Marketing Specialist will spearhead comprehensive growth initiatives for Kyle Digital Bank, overseeing the entire process from strategy to execution. This position is tasked with developing and implementing high-impact growth strategies aimed at accelerating user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion. You will combine innovative marketing approaches with data-driven analysis, continuous experimentation, and product-led growth methodologies to scale the platform effectively within a competitive fintech landscape.

What you will be doing everyday

Growth Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies spanning the entire marketing funnel, addressing Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, and Referral stages.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee paid channels such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as organic strategies, to effectively acquire premium-quality users at scale while driving down Customer Acquisition Cost.

Campaign ideation and execution involves strategizing and implementing integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, such as social media platforms, email and SMS marketing, content creation, referral programs, and in-app communications.

We are responsible for overseeing all Kyle social media channels, fostering active and engaged communities, and producing content designed to generate significant engagement and virality.

Develop and implement targeted retention initiatives, including reactivation campaigns and loyalty programs, aimed at enhancing user engagement and encouraging repeat transactions.

Product-Led Growth & Experimentation: Pinpoint growth loops, conduct swift A/B tests, and collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance onboarding, feature adoption, and user journeys.

Develop and execute a dynamic content and creative strategy to produce engaging marketing materials—such as short-form videos, visual graphics, email campaigns, and WhatsApp broadcast messages—that effectively connect with and resonate among the intended user base.

Data Analytics & Insight: Monitor, evaluate, and present essential growth metrics through systematic tracking and analysis. Utilize data-driven insights to uncover opportunities and propose strategic initiatives for expansion and development.

Oversee the allocation and optimization of the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient utilization across paid media channels, performance tools, and strategic activations.

What We Look For In You

Experienced professionals should possess proficiency in a range of technical skills, including but not limited to software development, systems analysis, and database management. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail are equally important, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Candidates must also demonstrate experience with DevOps practices, cybersecurity principles, and agile methodologies to ensure adaptability in dynamic work environments.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a preference for candidates from the Fintech, Banking, or SaaS sectors, this role requires three to five years of practical expertise in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.

Established mastery in both Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing strategies is essential.

Proven track record in accelerating user acquisition and consistently achieving ambitious growth objectives.

Proven expertise in utilizing Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and mobile attribution tools is required.

Proven expertise in A/B testing methodologies, conversion funnel optimization, and established growth frameworks such as AA RRR (Pirate Metrics) and similar models.

Proven expertise in utilizing email and SMS platforms such as Breve, alongside robust CRM tool proficiency and foundational analytics skills, with SQL knowledge considered advantageous.

Proficiency in utilizing design and editing software such as Canva, Cap Cut, Figma, or comparable creative applications is required.
