Maintain uniform brand messaging across every communication channel to uphold a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
Handle customer inquiries and requests on social media platforms with promptness and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective responses to meet their needs.
Work collaboratively and maintain strong communication with external brand partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of objectives.
Responsible for directing environmental branding and beautification initiatives while managing assigned vendors to ensure project alignment and adherence to standards.
Plan and organize team-building events along with the necessary operational arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
Create and implement dynamic marketing initiatives, such as market storms and campaigns, to drive engagement and achieve strategic objectives.
Oversee and mentor the Graphics Designer to maintain exceptional visual standards and deliver outstanding creative results.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a comparable field.
Proficient in leveraging social media platforms and crafting compelling content.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers professionally.
Creative problem-solving skills are required to devise inventive and impactful marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Organized and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with design tools, such as Canva, is considered an asset.
Demonstrates proficiency in both autonomous work and collaborative efforts within dynamic, high-pressure settings.
