Job Purpose

The Project Management Officer plays a pivotal role in facilitating the strategic and operational project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting initiatives throughout the Group.

This position guarantees that projects are completed within the defined scope, budget, and deadlines while maintaining compliance with established governance protocols and advancing the ongoing enhancement of the Project Management Office (PMO) framework.

Oversee and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with company objectives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Provide leadership in team development, fostering professional growth and maximizing individual and collective contributions. Serve as a primary liaison with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and streamline decision-making processes. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and recommend data-driven improvements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all operations.

Project planning and implementation encompass the comprehensive orchestration and delivery of initiatives from inception to completion. Responsible for monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals, the position demands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving project dynamics.

Provide assistance in the development and execution of high-level project initiatives.

Prepare comprehensive project plans, including schedules, workstreams, and all associated documentation.

Oversee the execution of project tasks and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

Diligently oversee project progress and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Compile and disseminate comprehensive reports detailing key milestones, risks, issues, and corrective actions to stakeholders at regular intervals. Facilitate transparent communication by analyzing variances between planned and actual outcomes, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Monitor project advancement, evaluate milestones achieved, identify potential risks, and assess interdependencies to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Compose regular project status reports and management dashboards to track progress and performance.

Ensure meticulous maintenance of all project documentation and records to uphold accuracy and completeness.

Governance and risk management encompass the establishment of policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure organizational integrity, compliance, and resilience. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training staff on new methodologies and encouraging proactive problem-solving across all levels of the organization.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in the field, we require a minimum of five years of relevant experience alongside a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in project management, exceptional analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the capacity to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk assessment frameworks is a valuable asset. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Strategy Execution, Consulting, or a closely related field.
