Oversee a range of critical operational duties, including the management of daily workflows, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining rigorous quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, foster effective communication, and drive project execution. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and optimize efficiency across all processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Additionally, prepare comprehensive reports to communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Formulate, execute, and uphold robust risk management frameworks, encompassing policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory adherence.

Evaluate, quantify, and track risks across operational, financial, strategic, legal, and compliance domains to ensure organizational resilience and adherence to regulatory standards.

Perform routine evaluations of potential risks and propose suitable strategies to minimize or eliminate those risks.

Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory mandates, internal governance frameworks, and established industry benchmarks.

Revise and enhance compliance frameworks to incorporate evolving legislative and regulatory amendments.

Perform required compliance audits, inspections, and investigations with precision and thoroughness.

Develop comprehensive risk and compliance reports tailored for management and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and adherence to regulatory standards.

Conduct thorough reviews to identify instances of non-compliance, then propose and implement effective corrective measures to address any deficiencies.

Deliver educational initiatives focused on risk awareness and regulatory compliance for staff members.

Collaborate with business units to establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with established standards.

Responsible for the upkeep and management of regulatory registers, compliance records, and risk registers to ensure adherence to applicable standards and frameworks.

Engage with regulatory bodies, auditors, insurers, and external consultants as needed to facilitate collaboration and ensure compliance.

Assess developing risks and advise management on strategic responses to mitigate potential threats.

Support the development and implementation of strategies for business continuity and crisis management initiatives.
