MAIN FUNCTIONS
Analyzes business requirements, documents processes, and designs solutions to address organizational challenges effectively.
Conducts in-depth interviews with pivotal project stakeholders, meticulously documents the findings, and subsequently presents the summarized results to relevant parties.
Suggests enhancements to existing processes and explores viable alternatives to address challenges.
Provides support to business users, project managers, and leadership by enhancing the scope, maximizing benefits, and mitigating risks associated with proposed projects.
Drives the implementation of change management initiatives in alignment with project objectives.
May be responsible for drafting and updating user documentation as needed. This role will operate under guidance and receive necessary assistance.
Junior Business Analysts typically conduct foundational analysis and prepare supporting documentation under close supervision, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and stakeholder expectations.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or cybersecurity. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills are required to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities include designing scalable software solutions, optimizing system performance, implementing security best practices, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and innovation while adhering to industry standards and project deadlines.
Requires expertise in requirements gathering, proficiency with Vision, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, process mapping experience, and strong MS Office skills.
