Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulously organized and approachable Front Desk/Admin Officer to oversee reception responsibilities and deliver administrative assistance. The preferred applicant will serve as the primary liaison for guests and contribute significantly to maintaining efficient office workflows.

Oversee a range of critical duties to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity, including managing project timelines, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress toward key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, improve performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Additionally, mentor team members by offering guidance, training, and constructive feedback to enhance skill development and career growth.

Extend a warm welcome to all visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor, promptly addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to enhance their experience.

Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other direct inquiries with attentiveness and efficiency.

Oversee the coordination of schedules, appointments, and the reservation of meeting spaces to ensure efficient use of resources and seamless operations.

Oversee the inventory and replenishment of office supplies while performing a range of administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.

Provide assistance to HR and management by maintaining accurate records, organizing documents, and ensuring proper filing procedures are followed.

Maintain a neat and inviting reception area at all times, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors and guests.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, OND, or HND in business administration or a related discipline is required.

Comprehensive experience in front desk operations or administrative functions is required.

Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations.

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining focus on critical tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of assignments through strategic prioritization.

Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service define interactions with visitors and colleagues, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment.
