We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our office in Lagos.
The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and deal finalization.
The role involves cultivating and sustaining a robust client pipeline, organizing and leading property showings, drafting comprehensive proposals, and verifying that all documentation adheres to regulatory standards and accuracy.
This position requires close collaboration with marketing and project teams to synchronize sales strategies with existing and forthcoming initiatives while delivering market insights that inform strategic business decisions.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating enduring client partnerships, meeting or exceeding sales objectives, and serving as a professional ambassador for Kingsford Homes during client engagements, industry events, and property tours.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably within a regulated industry. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with SQL databases and API integrations. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Familiarity with agile methodologies and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, or GDPR) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
Proven expertise in real estate sales and business development, with demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, lead management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships, expand professional networks, and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and nurturing enduring collaborations.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions, facilitating seamless engagement with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
