Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and professional Office Assistant/Housekeeper to ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic’s daily operations. The successful applicant will uphold a pristine, inviting atmosphere for both clients and employees while offering essential administrative and front-desk assistance as needed.

Ideal candidates for this position will exhibit a polished demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach while maintaining a client-centered focus.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure organizational success, including leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with company objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and accountability. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive decision-making processes, assess business opportunities, and mitigate risks. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, analyses, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and promoting innovation across departments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while upholding ethical business practices and corporate governance.

Ensure reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas are consistently clean and well-organized.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and visual appeal of all clinic facilities continuously.

Support the procurement, organization, and tracking of office and cleaning supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Be responsible for providing refreshments to visitors as needed.

Provide assistance with administrative duties, including managing documentation, maintaining organized filing systems, and attending to routine office tasks.

Greet clients warmly and ensure they are directed to the correct location upon arrival.

Provide support for confirming appointments and handling routine client inquiries.

Assist the team in maintaining a seamless and positive client experience.

Promptly report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to ensure timely resolution and maintain operational efficiency.

Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by management.

Requirements

A female candidate is strongly preferred to fulfill the operational and facility management responsibilities associated with this position.

A minimum of SSC, OND, or an equivalent certification is required.

Prior experience in administrative support, janitorial services, front desk operations, client relations, or comparable positions is beneficial.

Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.

Maintains a polished and professional demeanor, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance at all times.

Demonstrates strong self-sufficiency while maintaining meticulous attention to accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Demonstrates unwavering integrity, dependability, and a strong commitment to timeliness in all professional interactions and commitments.

Proficiency in operating a smartphone and familiarity with WhatsApp applications are essential requirements for this position.
