Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five years of active trading experience within a proprietary trading setting or an equivalent financial capacity, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in executing trades and managing risk effectively.
Professional certifications, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM), would be considered beneficial.
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Nigerian capital market instruments and regulatory trading frameworks.
Strong expertise in utilizing trading platforms, including X-Gen (NGX trading engine), Bloomberg (where applicable), or proprietary trading terminals, is essential.
Exceptional proficiency in data interpretation, numerical analysis, and logical reasoning is required.
