You will be accountable to the Head of Architecture & Design (Hoad). This position demands strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, independent thinking, and the capacity to maintain composure when working under pressure. Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings and contribution to policy development aligned with the Safritecture Business Model are required, contingent upon invitation.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safritecture’s operations, ensuring streamlined processes that drive organizational success. Additionally, they lead staff development initiatives to foster professional growth and bolster overall performance.
Additionally, you will devise strategic plans to enhance business operations, provide expert guidance to departmental leaders, and ensure adherence to all tax regulations.
This position entails executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing policies, contributing to budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. Unlike a reactive position, this role demands a proactive approach to ensure sustained growth and operational excellence.
