Role Description
You will report directly to the Head of Architecture and Design (Hoad). This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, independent decision-making, sound judgment, innovative thinking, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings is required, along with contributing to policy development in alignment with the Safritecture Business Model, subject to invitation.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safrititecture’s operations while providing strategic direction to cultivate staff growth initiatives aimed at elevating the organization’s overall performance.
Additionally, you will craft strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, provide expert guidance to senior management, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
The role also involves executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing policies, supporting budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. In essence, this is a forward-thinking position rather than a passive one.
Role Specification
We seek a seasoned Manager – Administration (Mad) CC with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience to oversee daily administrative operations across our African locations.
