Duties are overseen by the Manager of Service Delivery.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and execute a diverse range of tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to organizational objectives. The role encompasses managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining meticulous records to support decision-making processes. Additionally, the position requires thorough documentation of activities, adherence to regulatory standards, and proactive identification of opportunities for process improvement. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain and track the presales’ tracker sheet by updating, monitoring, and entering data for all installation, survey, trial/POC, and activation requests.
Daily and monthly reports must be prepared and submitted using the presales’ tracker sheet.
Handle account activations for newly established links, catering to both new and existing clients.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to facilitate the timely signing, submission, and documentation of contracts for every client.
Prepare and submit weekly handover reports detailing newly onboarded accounts, including Cooperate accounts, partners, resellers, and dealers, to the Account Management team.
The account department requires weekly reports detailing newly activated accounts.
The sales team must receive consistent reports detailing the progress of their Survey/Installation tasks, allowing them to stay informed about current statuses.
To manage and process service requests submitted by sales personnel or resellers, while ensuring the dissemination of pertinent information to them.
Ensure all executed contracts are organized and maintained within an efficient filing system.
Performs additional duties as directed by the Supervisor whenever required.
