Verify financial figures, postings, and documentation for precise entry, mathematical correctness, and appropriate coding. Ensure all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents are systematically organized, securely maintained, and managed in compliance with established policies and procedures. Input, retrieve, store, and analyze computerized financial data as required. Develop and maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets to track financial and accounting information. Categorize, encode, and consolidate numerical and financial data to compile and preserve financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and/or computerized systems. Generate, update, and disseminate statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Execute period-end closing activities and prepare corresponding reports as mandated. Compile, examine, reconcile, and distribute bills, invoices, and account statements in alignment with company protocols.

Adhere to all established company policies and procedures while ensuring a neat, professional uniform and personal presentation. Safeguard proprietary information, company assets, and the privacy and security of both guests and colleagues. Respond to guests’ needs with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency, using clear and courteous language in all interactions. Prepare and review written materials with accuracy and thoroughness, while handling telephone calls and emails with proper etiquette. Lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently. Foster strong, collaborative working relationships, contributing to team success and addressing coworkers’ concerns with attentiveness. Complete additional duties as assigned by management when reasonably required.

A strong preference exists for candidates who possess the following qualifications.

A high school diploma or its G.E.D. equivalent is required.

A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.

A lack of prior experience in a supervisory role is required.

No specific license or certification is required for this position.
