We are seeking a skilled professional who meets the following qualifications and possesses the necessary expertise to excel in this role. Candidates should hold a relevant degree in a related field and have at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable position. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard software are essential. Additionally, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to collaborate effectively with teams and address challenges efficiently. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies will be highly advantageous.

A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a Client Relationship Manager role is required.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) methodologies and tools is required.

A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
