Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Engineer Intern to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of power and energy systems while collaborating with colleagues to drive project execution. Your responsibilities will also involve conducting research and testing to improve system efficiency. Daily duties may include analyzing data, preparing reports, resolving technical challenges, and assisting with quality assurance initiatives to uphold industry standards.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy Systems is required.
Proficiency in data analysis, research methodologies, and technical problem-solving is required.
Proven expertise in utilizing engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or equivalent applications, is required.
Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role, enabling seamless interaction and coordination within cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and a capacity to articulate ideas clearly, fostering productive dialogue and alignment toward shared objectives.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and critical evaluation.
