Requirements

Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline, with a conferred Bachelor’s degree, is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or another client-facing position is required.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing sales goals and objectives.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and cultivate strong professional relationships.

Proven capability to operate autonomously within a results-oriented setting, demonstrating consistent self-motivation and accountability for achieving predetermined objectives.

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, Fintech, FMCG, technology, or related fields is beneficial.
