Job Summary
We are in search of a proactive and achievement-oriented Van Sales Representative to expand and nurture our customer base across designated territories. Identify and establish relationships with new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets, before facilitating their seamless onboarding process.
Deliver and sell products to customers on-site, utilizing the company’s fleet vehicle to ensure timely and efficient service.
Foster and enhance ongoing connections with current clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver comprehensive market intelligence and competitor analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure merchandise is merchandised and displayed accurately and attractively at customer premises to enhance visual appeal and support sales objectives.
Maintain meticulous documentation of sales transactions, customer payments, and inventory levels to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Guarantee the secure transportation and appropriate storage of all products within the vehicle.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline is required.
A valid driver’s license is required, along with an active LASER (Lagos State Residents Registration Agency) ID.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales.
Achieved consistent success in surpassing established sales objectives, demonstrating a strong ability to exceed performance expectations.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of local routes in the designated service areas.
Proficient in both conveying ideas clearly and adept at reaching mutually beneficial agreements through strategic dialogue.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and a proven ability to organize tasks while prioritizing deadlines independently.
Proficient in fundamental computer operations and adept at navigating Android-based devices are essential for this role.
Fluency in English and at least one local language is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in numerical analysis and meticulous record management.
