Description

Are you a skilled storyteller with the ability to transform concepts into compelling content while fostering vibrant online communities?

We seek a content and community associate to contribute to an expanding brand specializing in leadership, learning, and human capacity development. This position suits individuals passionate about crafting content, producing videos, engaging audiences, and cultivating digital communities.

Oversee and execute critical duties including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Actively contribute to strategic planning initiatives, foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development through targeted coaching and mentorship. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines while delivering measurable results that align with organizational objectives.

Develop and oversee the production of video content, including planning, filming, and coordinating each shoot to ensure high-quality results.

Produce edited versions of both short-form and long-form videos tailored for digital platforms.

Develop compelling and interactive content tailored for social media platforms and digital learning environments to captivate and educate audiences.

Oversee and expand our digital communities by fostering meaningful conversations and enhancing user engagement.

Assist with the planning, execution, and promotion of content campaigns, product launches, events, and training initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Create straightforward graphics and visual materials, with preference given to candidates possessing this skill.

Remain abreast of evolving content trends and propose innovative strategies to enhance engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must hold either an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree, complemented by 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Skilled in producing and refining video content for online and social media channels.

Possesses a solid grasp of community management principles and strategies for effective audience engagement.

Proven expertise in crafting compelling narratives and producing high-quality content is essential.

Must demonstrate strong self-motivation and the capacity to meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Proficiency in graphic design is advantageous.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning, leadership growth, personal development, and empowering young individuals.
