Assist in compiling payroll data and monitoring expense records to ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with company policies.
Oversee the movement of financial resources, ensuring accurate tracking of inflows and outflows.
Compile weekly and monthly financial statements to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
Provide support in reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate account balances.
Oversee the management of inventory levels and operational expense tracking to ensure accurate financial oversight and resource allocation. Develop and maintain systematic processes for monitoring inventory movements, reconciling discrepancies, and recording expenditures to support budgetary control and operational efficiency. Analyze expense data to identify trends, optimize spending, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline tracking procedures and enhance visibility into financial performance. Requirements
Holds an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, complemented by two to three years of hands-on accounting experience.
Demonstrates advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
