As a member of the team, this position will operate under the direct supervision of both the Operations Manager and the HR Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with company policies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Admin Officer to oversee client relations and provide assistance to field staff. The successful candidate will handle follow-ups, address inquiries, and facilitate seamless communication among the company, clients, and on-site teams.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, management of cross-functional teams, and execution of operational plans to drive organizational success. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader company goals, ensuring seamless integration and efficient resource allocation. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to refine processes, enhance productivity, and achieve key performance indicators. Additionally, foster a culture of innovation and accountability by mentoring team members, delegating responsibilities effectively, and promoting professional growth opportunities. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and operational excellence.

Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by consistently following up with them regarding the performance of our deployed staff.

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the organization, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational objectives.

Evaluate team performance on an ongoing basis and deliver constructive feedback directly to staff, promptly addressing any areas for improvement or escalating concerns to senior management when required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for staff and clients to ensure compliance and accessibility.

Compile comprehensive reports summarizing client feedback, staff performance metrics, and the status of issue resolution efforts.

The role involves providing assistance with a variety of administrative tasks as part of the HR and operations team.

Ensure that all deployed staff adhere strictly to established company policies and regulatory standards to maintain operational integrity and consistency.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, proficiency in [specific skills/tools], and a strong academic background in [relevant field].
