Job Summary
The General Manager of Operations (GMO) oversees the strategic and operational direction of the company’s technical and business development initiatives, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, workforce acquisition, and overall CNG retail operations.
This position is responsible for managing the entire EPC project lifecycle, encompassing bidding and tender preparation through execution, commissioning, and handover, while also coordinating and supplying personnel to facilitate upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations.

Responsibilities include performing vehicle inspections, conducting fueling procedures, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and adhering to environmental and safety guidelines. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering—specifically Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, or a closely related field—is required. Candidates holding a master’s degree, an MBA, or an equivalent advanced qualification will be viewed favorably.
With a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in EPC project delivery, technical operations, or within the oil & gas sector, including at least five years in a senior management capacity, you bring a proven track record of leadership and expertise to this role.
With a demonstrated history of technical leadership, business development, and project acquisition, brings expertise across manpower supply, engineering, procurement, and construction services.
Proficiency in local and international codes, standards, and regulations pertinent to the oil and gas sector is essential.
Highly desirable qualifications include professional certifications such as CORE, PMP, and Cent.
