Job Summary

The General Manager of Operations (GMO) oversees the strategic and operational direction of the company’s technical and business development initiatives, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, workforce acquisition, and overall CNG retail operations.

This position is responsible for managing the entire EPC project lifecycle, encompassing bidding and tender preparation through execution, commissioning, and handover, while also coordinating and supplying personnel to facilitate upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations.

This position is responsible for upholding technical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial success.

Furthermore, the GMO enhances business expansion by deploying specialized technical knowledge to secure new contracts, cultivate client connections, and broaden the company’s market footprint.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company objectives.
