We seek an experienced Community Fellowship and Outreach Officer to spearhead outreach initiatives and provide administrative support to church operations.
This position entails coordinating fellowship events, overseeing evangelism initiatives, and assisting with administrative church functions.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards. Manage a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and fostering professional development. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align projects with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and meet performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies to mitigate risks.
Organize and lead community church services, small group meetings, and prayer sessions to nurture spiritual development and strengthen communal bonds.
Develop and oversee outreach initiatives designed to foster community engagement, expand membership, and deliver critical resources to underserved populations.
Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers to support both church functions and community outreach programs, guaranteeing seamless and successful event execution.
Provide administrative support to church leadership by handling daily operational duties, such as organizing schedules, facilitating program coordination, and maintaining accurate church records and documentation.
Develop strategic partnerships with local organizations, residents, and community leaders to enhance collaboration and strengthen community outreach initiatives.
Develop and implement special events, community service initiatives, and outreach campaigns that align with the church’s vision and mission.
Oversee all church communications, maintain precise membership records, support financial reporting efforts, and ensure the seamless operation of church administrative systems.
Monitor and evaluate outreach and fellowship program performance, systematically collecting participant feedback to enhance subsequent initiatives.
Responsibilities include payroll processing, overseeing Dropbox file organization, conducting telephone follow-ups, and supervising staff operations.
Perform all other duties as directed by the Senior Pastor or your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
A qualification equivalent to a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline is required.
