Required:
A Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science, or equivalent technical qualification is required.
Proficiency in operating embroidery machines and implementing various embroidery techniques is required.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to delivering work of exceptional quality.
Preferred:
Proficiency in operating embroidery machines or holding comparable positions within textile production environments is required.
Proficient in utilizing embroidery software and managing digital embroidery file formats is required.
Proficiency in color theory principles and an understanding of fabric properties are essential for this role.
Technical Proficiency and Essential Technologies:
Demonstrated expertise in the operation of embroidery machinery, including but not limited to Tacoma and Brother models, as well as comparable equipment.
Proficiency in embroidery design software platforms, including but not limited to Wilcox and Hatch, is required.
A solid grasp of machine maintenance protocols and effective troubleshooting methodologies is required.
