The Fundraising & Grant Officer will spearhead the identification and acquisition of funding prospects, craft persuasive grant proposals, and cultivate enduring partnerships with donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations to ensure the sustained expansion of the Foundation’s initiatives.

Seeking a candidate with a proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, or cultivating donor relationships within the nonprofit or development arena.

Possesses a strong understanding of philanthropy, donor engagement strategies, and the funding landscape specific to health-focused non-governmental organizations.

Demonstrates strong initiative and motivation, with the capacity to independently drive multiple funding pipelines forward in parallel.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing equity, improving child health outcomes, and driving meaningful change in underserved and resource-limited communities.
A demonstrated background or keen interest in congenital heart disease or global health would be highly beneficial.
A background in Non-Profit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is highly desirable for this role.
