The incumbent will prepare and finalize commercial, technical, and other pertinent documents in support of a Cross-Functional Team (CFT).
Receiving and opening tenders in strict adherence to the decentralized purchasing procedure provisions.
Initiate and conduct follow-up actions to validate waivers when a derogation for a Call for Tender is the sole method to secure commitment.
Before finalizing any Purchase Orders for services valued at USD 50,000 or less, engage in discussions to reach mutually agreeable terms.
Develop Call-Off Orders in accordance with UNIS UP-established Contracts as requested.
Ensure the precise preparation and completion of the Services Entry Sheet, equivalent to the Job Progress Certificate (JPC), adhering to established standards and procedures.
To facilitate prompt invoice submissions and payments, the system was developed within UNIS UP, enabling vendors to submit their invoices efficiently.
Please verify that the Purchase Order is signed by both the authorized representative of COMPANY and the Vendor representative as required.

A minimum of five years of professional experience in contract management and procurement is required.
