Job Summary
We are currently inviting proactive and energetic NYC Corps Members to enhance our Sales and Marketing team as Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidates will spearhead the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, cultivate a steady pipeline of leads, and actively contribute to expanding overall sales performance.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and operational efficiency to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, optimizing workflows, and fostering innovation across departments. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business goals with actionable plans, while monitoring progress through established KPIs and performance metrics. Maintain accountability for budget adherence, resource allocation, and risk management to support sustainable growth. Additionally, mentor team members by providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Diligently engage with potential clients to showcase and advertise the company’s offerings, fostering interest and driving demand for its products.
Proactively engage with prospective clients to cultivate and secure new business opportunities.
Deliver detailed explanations to customers regarding product features, advantages, and pricing structures.
Foster strong customer connections to drive repeat patronage and enhance loyalty.
Deliver consistently against established sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Analyze and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Play a key role in executing promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field marketing activities to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Precisely document and communicate daily sales performance metrics with attention to detail.
Requirements
Must currently serve as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).
Proficient in fostering clear, effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and thrives in goal-oriented work settings.
Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
Proficiency in sales, marketing, or customer service is considered beneficial.
A strong work ethic, self-discipline, and a proactive mindset are essential qualities for this role.
