Job Summary
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Admin Officer to oversee client relationships and assist deployed staff. The successful candidate will be tasked with conducting follow-ups, addressing issues, and facilitating seamless communication among the company, clients, and field staff.
Oversee the implementation and management of assigned projects or initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and streamline workflows, fostering clear communication and accountability throughout the process. Monitor progress through regular check-ins, data analysis, and performance metrics to identify risks or inefficiencies, proposing corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, executives, and operational teams to facilitate decision-making and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to track outcomes and support strategic planning.
Perform consistent client check-ins to verify satisfaction with assigned personnel.
Ensure regular and clear communication with outsourced and deployed personnel across all sites to align expectations, address concerns, and foster collaboration.
Address complaints, conflicts, and workplace concerns promptly and with the utmost professionalism, ensuring resolutions are achieved efficiently.
Serve as the primary intermediary between clients and the organization, fostering clear and consistent communication to address inquiries and facilitate mutual understanding.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of staff performance, delivering constructive feedback or elevating any issues to appropriate management as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for both staff and client information.
Compile and analyze data on client feedback, staff performance metrics, and issue resolution outcomes, then present findings in structured reports.
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR/operations team by handling a variety of general tasks essential to daily operations.
Ensure adherence to established company policies among deployed personnel.
Requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field is required for this position.
Seeking candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or administrative roles, ideally within a recruitment or outsourcing firm.
Effective communication and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships are essential for this role.
Proven expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving is essential. Strong analytical skills and the capacity to address challenges effectively are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong organizational capabilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, is required.
Demonstrates strong composure and organizational skills, effectively handling high-pressure situations while juggling diverse client and staff responsibilities.
