Work collaboratively with educators, parents, external agencies, and various allied professionals, including behavior technicians, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists.
Organize and coordinate regular meetings with key stakeholders to assess and discuss provisions for SEND learners.
Monitor learner development and compile essential documentation, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress reports, and intervention tracking tools, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
Ensure the maintenance of a secure and health-conscious setting by strictly adhering to established safeguarding protocols.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or a similar technical role. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with experience in database management and cloud computing platforms. Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.
Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Special Education
Experienced professionals in Special Education Teaching or similar capacities are sought after, with a demonstrated history of effectively supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Demonstrates a strong grasp of contemporary special education trends and evidence-based instructional approaches.
Professional experience in supporting children with diverse disabilities is required.
Proficient in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with precision is required.
