Formulate and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization’s architectural, interior design, and workspace fit-out initiatives.

Identify, assess, and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to confirm the procurement of high-quality products and services.

Secure and evaluate supplier quotes, engage in strategic negotiations regarding pricing, payment schedules, and contract terms to maximize financial efficiency and secure favorable agreements.

Oversee the acquisition of furniture, fixtures, fittings, building materials, equipment, and services required for projects.

Compile purchase orders, procurement schedules, and supplier contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Develop and oversee an authorized vendor database while performing periodic assessments of supplier performance.

Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, and Site Teams to identify and align on project requirements.

Ensure that materials and services are delivered to project sites promptly, thereby preventing any potential delays in project timelines.

Track inventory quantities and ensure timely restocking of supplies as needed.

Monitor procurement expenditures to verify alignment with approved budget allocations and enforce budgetary compliance standards.

Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential suppliers, explore alternative materials, and uncover avenues for cost reduction.

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to established company policies, follow established procedures, and comply with applicable regulations.

Expertly address and resolve any supplier disputes, delivery discrepancies, or procurement-related obstacles with precision and efficiency.

Maintain precise procurement documentation, encompassing quotations, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
